True Health's mobile Unit will be present at Iglesia Vida Nueva Church in Sanford, FL to provide onsite medical services and information about additional True Health services and FL Kid Care.
True Health Certified Application Counselors will be onsite to provide enrollment assistance for FL Medicaid and KidCare programs, to share information about True Health services and can assist with connecting families to additional community resources.
