Executive Team


Janelle Dunn is the Chief Executive Officer of True Health, a private not-for-profit community health center. Mrs. Dunn provides executive oversight over True Health’s operations and is responsible for efficient execution of programs and services that are aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Mrs. Dunn joined True Health in 2012 as the Center Manager for the Lake Underhill Center and most recently served as the Chief Operations Officer. She has extensive management experience that is focused on results-oriented, team-based approaches to produce measurable and optimal outcomes. Having previously worked in the banking and finance field, Mrs. Dunn pivoted and invested her education in healthcare because it was more consistent with her passion to help others and give back to her community.
Since taking the helm as CEO, Mrs. Dunn has challenged her team to think outside of the box to find creative solutions to existing problems. Moreover, she desires to continue expanding the organization to include additional locations and services that meets the needs of Central Florida’s growing community.
Mrs. Dunn is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF) where she attained a master’s degree in health administration and Loyola University New Orleans where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing and Management. Additionally, she is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), a member of the Family Advisory Council for Advent Health, the Chair of the Operations Roundtable for the Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC), a Board Member for the Primary Care Access Network (PCAN), an appointed Board Member for the Health Council of East Central Florida (HCECF), and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.


Dr. L. Karenna Senors is True Health’s Chief Medical Officer. She has been with the organization since 2006. Prior to being permanently promoted to her current position in May 2015, she held several increasingly responsible positions within the organization, including Lab Director, Lead Clinician, and Interim Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Senors serves as a volunteer faculty member for the University of Central Florida School Of Medicine. She has also served as a mentor and preceptor for college, nurse practitioners and medical students. Dr. Senors has a strong connection and volunteers for community health fairs and activities. She assisted annually in health fairs in Freeport, Bahamas.
Dr. Senors was a medical student at ECU, which was founded to provide primary care in the rural and underserved communities and was a transitional resident physician at Howard University in Washington, DC where she rotated through numerous branches of medicine monthly. She realized family medicine was her calling and was accepted to a family medicine residency at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee Florida. She was trained in clinical skills, management of diverse patient populations and conditions in both clinic and hospital settings. She worked with pediatrics, adult medicine, geriatrics, women’s health and obstetrics. She had a special interest in procedures and wound care. She also worked after hours at an area urgent care, Patients First. During her residency, she was part of the selection committee for incoming residents and she was the resident representative to the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. Upon graduation, she was selected Outstanding Physician by her colleagues.
Dr. Senors has been involved with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Florida Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP), the National Medical Association (NMA), the Artemis Medical Society, and her sorority of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dr. Senors holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana and a Doctor of Medicine degree from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina.


Nurez Madhany is the Chief Operations Officer of True Health. Nurez provides executive oversight to True Health’s operations, outreach and enrollment, medical records and referrals, call center, and facilities departments. Nurez also serves as a National Project Manager for the Aga Khan Health Board, USA, and is a member of the Steering Committee for the University of South Florida’s Customer Experience Certificate Program.
Following a successful 20-year career in the hospitality industry, Mr. Madhany chose to return to school in 2010 to pursue a Master of Public Health degree. Upon graduation in 2012, Nurez was hired by the American Cancer Society (ACS) and served as the Health Systems Manager, Primary Care Systems in Central Florida. He was an account manager and brand ambassador, covering ten counties, promoting the adoption and implementation of ACS programs. He delivered presentations on evidence-based cancer screening strategies designed to have a broad population impact on reducing cancer incidence by closing gaps in care and focusing on continuous quality improvement, specifically improving Uniform Data Systems (UDS), Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures and decreasing mortality rates. Mr. Madhany was one of the primary developers of the Colonoscopy Needs Calculator, hosted on the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable’s Learning Center.
Mr. Madhany joined True Health in 2019 as the Director of Quality. In that role, he provided leadership and technical expertise to the quality improvement and care coordination departments to improve patient care by designing and implementing programs to help increase provider efficiencies and close patient gaps in care. Mr. Madhany’s passion to serve, drives him as he challenges his team to find creative solutions to overcome barriers to care and achieve True Health’s Mission.


Mr. Carlton joins True Health with over thirty years of finance experience in healthcare, not-for-profit, and for-profit businesses. He has held senior leadership roles in multi-entity established businesses, with organic and de novo growth, as well as led acquisitions while implementing best practices, audit, compliance, and risk strategies.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Carlton received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer science from DePaul University and his master’s degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University. He describes himself as a 4-sided CFO, one that views a company from the perspective of finance, operations, growing the customer/recipient base, and most importantly, from an owner/stakeholder viewpoint.
Mr. Carlton’s recent successes involve consolidation, outside investments, and directing the synergies that derive from new sources of capital and debt. He is cross-functioning and adept in operations, quality improvement, systems, and workflows; but it is his outward facing nature and front-line experience with customers and stakeholders, that sets him apart.
As CFO, Mr. Carlton will provide executive oversight to True Health’s accounting, revenue cycle, and purchasing departments.


Deana Montella is the Chief Nursing Officer of True Health. Ms. Montella provides executive oversight to True Health’s clinical operations, as well as the quality, care coordination, and risk and compliance departments. She joined True Health in 2009 as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Lake Underhill Center. Ms. Montella has also served as True Health’s Clinical Coordinator and most recently the Director of Nursing.
Having previously worked in the marketing and promotions field, she choose to go back to school to pursue an education in nursing because it was more consistent with her desire to help others. Ms. Montella is a graduate of Valencia College where she attained her Associate Degree in Nursing and Jacksonville University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She recently obtained her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from the University of Central Florida.


Dr. Sabrina Mussari has actively practiced as a community pharmacist in the Central Florida area since earning her PharmD in 2007. She is a two-time graduate of Nova Southeastern University, obtaining both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at the Fort Lauderdale campus.
After joining the True Health team in 2013, Dr. Mussari has continued to practice and cultivate her passion for exemplary patient interactions focused on optimizing therapeutic outcomes.
She was promoted to the Associate Director of Pharmacy in 2018 and to the Director of Pharmacy in 2019.
Dr. Mussari has succeeded in implementing several pharmacy programs that target medication adherence, convenience, affordability, and promote departmental efficiency and growth measures.
As the Chief Pharmacy Officer, Dr. Mussari will provide executive oversight to True Heath’s growing Pharmacy Operations along with the organization’s Risk and Compliance department.
