“As a counselor, my job is to help you examine the behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that are causing difficulties in your life. You will learn effective ways to deal with your problems by building personal strength. The counseling environment is designed to be a safe and confidential place where problems can be identified and troubling issues can be explored.” -John Curtin, LMHC, CAP
